Guild of Ages
Guild Of Ages is a melodic hard rock/AOR band that originally formed in Denver in 1989 under the name Caught In The Act (later shortened to CITA). They made a name for themselves in Europe and Japan during the ’90s, releasing several albums and touring before legal issues prompted a 1998 name change to Guild Of Ages.
Their sound blends elements of melodic hard rock and AOR, with twin guitar harmonies, driving rhythms, soaring solos, and polished vocals—drawing comparisons to bands like Bon Jovi, Journey, and classic progressive-tinged rock.
